She was always extremely nice and made us feel like we were her #1 priority despite the 100 questions I texted her almost daily. Her replies were always prompt and extremely helpful. She was able to somehow get us into our dream home despite all the obstacles we faced. She literally moved mountains for us! When we were having issues with our lender (poor customer service) Janaea also stepped in and got it DONE. If you are in the market for a realtor she is your woman hands down. Janaea was the best realtor we have ever had! She was our listing agent and helped us get into our dream home. Let's start with selling our house. She provided a guide to staging our home correctly and priced our house right on target for the market. She took GREAT pictures and also had a 3D tour on our listing. We had a handful of showings the first 2 days our listing was active. We had multiple offers and ended up getting above asking. She was on top of everything from inspections to closing details. As for finding our dream home..she had me in to tour the home almost immediately after it was listed. I made an offer that very night. She was great with negotiations and all aspects of the contract process. She even worked closely with our lender to secure the best possible deal regarding seller's credits. She came to the closing with me and even gave us a housewarming gift. So sweet! I would highly recommend her, and have already shared her contact info with friends looking to buy.

Janaea is awesome! Once we told her what we were looking for, she was sending us houses to look at online left and right. When we wanted to go look at them in person, she was able to get the appointments super quick. She was available anytime we needed her or had a question. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! So friendly and personable! My family and I just love her!
